SBX FIT is a total body fitness programme combining strength work, muscle development, and cardio sessions. Led by the best coaches, SBX classes uses all the tools to build fitness during our scientifically programmed phases. Every class has a different focus and we recommend you train at least three times each week to get the most out of it.
