What is the difference between StrongBox Classes and CrossFit Quwwa?

Our StrongBox classes offer innovative, comprehensive, and FUN programming that includes Personal Training, MetCon, Yoga, Kickboxing, and so much more! These fun and functional classes are complemented by experienced coaching and a supportive group of members, creating a community that lives and breathes fitness but also knows how to have a great time. In addition to our numerous class offerings and our focus on Personal Training, StrongBox is also home of CrossFit Quwwa, Qatar's original CrossFit gym. CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. Our CrossFit memberships include access to ALL of our StrongBox classes, allowing you to take your training to the next level!

Whether you're interested in our StrongBox classes or CrossFit, our unique facilities, huge range of classes, and high quality coaches means we have a class well suited for any athlete!

I'm new to CrossFit. What should I expect?

When you first come to Strongbox, you’ll start out with a free intro session where you come in for a baseline workout, meet us, chat with our coaches, and talk with a trainer about your goals. Then, you’ll join our On-Ramp class, where you’ll learn all the basics of CrossFit in a fun, supportive environment before you join our regular classes.

Is CrossFit dangerous?

With inexperienced coaches, shoddy equipment and the wrong attitude, CrossFit can be very dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven CrossFit coaches you’ll find at our facility will ensure that you’re training in the safest, most effective and efficient way possible.

What's a WOD?

A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD everyday.
